Your PELVIC FLOOR sits under you like a sling it supports your internal organs and creates a platform at the bottom of your pelvis. 
So every time you stand or sit your Pelvic floor is working, some say its the most worked muscles in the female body!

When you reach 40 and your hormones start to change, your pelvic floor strength is one of the first muscles to atrophy.

So let's just say if we score your pelvic floor strength 6 out of 10 (10 being the strongest) 6 being you do not experience leakage but have never really worked on it and wouldn't like to put it under a test!

Then you turn 40 and your hormones start to change your muscles begin to atrophy and that 6/10 starts to drop to 5/10, 4/10 and so on...
